PLANETs

Texture and simple shapes are the key themes of this range. Images of surfaces of moons and swirls of gas and atmosphere on planets have informed experimenting - melting and fusing different metals together. Along with silver, copper and brass, I am using monel which is a space age metal used for airplanes and space rockets due to its strength and lightness. It also colours beautifully with heat.
